Really poor - avoid

I can only echo what other reviewers have said. I have bought two video doorbells and both have had exactly the same issue after a short time - constantly going offline. I even bought a dedicated eero router for the second one to make sure the signal was strong enough. But no, they just don't seem fit for purpose for any length of time - don't know if it's weather that affects them or just shoddy manufacture. The only positive thing is the app, which I found easy to use, and the lack of need for a subscription unless you want to store more than a day's video clips. Very disappointed.

Outstanding customer service

Opening an account and arranging for my number to be ported in was very straightforward. Once active, I needed a lot of help to get my new DECT phone up and running. Alex was so helpful and patient and made sure that everything was working as it should, first via Chat and then with a follow up phone call. The call quality over Voip seems really good and the flexibility of no contract is another big plus. Overall I'm really impressed in all aspects.

Great customer advice

Ogi is the only provider currently for full fibre in our area. Having discussed options on the phone with Alex, who was very knowledgable and helpful, we thought it would not work for our particular home (3 stories, ground floor on separate electrical circuit). A few days later Tiela called to the house. He was so patient and helpful and explained how it would work with the Eero routers so we have signed up. Having that in person call to see the situation and advise was invaluable and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. So far, outstanding customer service and I will review the installation and performance of the new system once in place. Thank you Tiela.

5* experience let down by online ‘chat’ service

The collection and delivery service was flawless. Very efficient and great value. Definitely 5 star.
However, the online chat customer services is not fit for purpose.
After booking the collection on line, I realised that the postcode had auto entered incorrectly. The only option to edit a booking is the online chat.
After 45 minutes of extreme frustration back and fore with the intermittent input from the ‘adviser’ the postcode was finally corrected. However, the booking with the original postcode was not cancelled, so an abortive pick up was attempted there too.
I would use the service again and recommend without hesitation. However, should an error occur in the future I would cancel the booking online and start again rather than deal with chat advisers.

Above and beyond - really impressed

I’ve used DPD Local several times and always found them very good. This time they were exceptional and I wanted to give full credit.
I bought a bulky item on Marketplace and arranged a DPD collection. Standard service, to be collected next day and delivered to me within 3 days. The seller sent me photos of the packaged item, which was awkwardly shaped and wrapped in black bags.
The package arrived next day and DPD had repackaged it into a suitably sized sturdy box. I fully expected there to be a surcharge, but no. Delivered with a smile and an offer of help to move it if needed.
Honestly a gold star service which was greatly appreciated. Thank you DPD Local.

Perfect customer experience

I would endorse 100% the previous glowing reviews of this company. The service is outstanding and the money back trial is completely genuine and hassle free. In this case the pain issue was resolved during the trial period with medication due to a deficiency identified through a blood test. My request to return the product was dealt with promptly and with great courtesy. I have no doubt that this product would be helpful to a lot of people and can recommend the company without hesitation. Thank you.

So impressed with the service from this company. It's the first time I've arranged a pallet collection and delivery, and it was flawless. Great value for money and made it possible to complete a transaction that would have been impossible otherwise. Delivery driver could not have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

A disappointing waste of weeks of time.....

Having reserved a car and travelled to test drive it at Motorline Drivenow Cardiff, the car went into engine limp mode so couldn't be driven.
After a month of the car apparently going back and fore to the main dealers with a range of reasons given for the delays, we were finally told the problem was resolved and the car was ready to collect.
Literally on the way out of the door to do so, the call came from Claudio to say he had gone to move the car for collection and the same fault had reoccurred. He told me the car was now off sale and would be sent to the auctions. Really annoying but at that point one of those things despite the inconvenience and financial implications of having to insure and use another car in the meantime etc. and having to start all over again to find another car.
But another month later - lo and behold, the car is back on the website for sale! Price increased by £1400 presumably to cover repairs so hopefully the next interested buyer won't have the runaround we've had.
It might be that we've had a lucky escape with this particular car but it does add insult to injury to find that we weren't told the truth and would certainly deter us from using the company again. Which is a pity, because regular contact with Colin initially and Claudio latterly had been very positive during the abortive process and had given a good impression of customer service.

Is this fraud?

It's hard to imagine a worse online shopping experience. I placed a large order and used Flexecash vouchers in part payment. I got error messages when paying the balance and ended up paying that twice and still got the error messages. This is where it gets beyond belief.
The only option for customer service is online chat. There I found out that if there is a problem with the order (e.g. stock not available despite the system allowing it to be put in the online trolley) the customer gets no acknowledgment. Without an order number you can't speak to anyone or message on Facebook or Twitter. I was told the balance payments wouldn't be taken and the vouchers (£150) would be recredited within 48 hours. Of course they haven't been. I can only complain via mail (not email) so heaven knows how long it will take to get a reply. So Argos have taken payment from me for goods that they won't be supplying (as I have no order number) and have not returned my money. I thought that was fraud?
Interestingly my daughter was able to place the identical order to the same Argos store for collection a few hours later using a credit card. So even the 'low stock' excuse seems to have been untrue.
Pretty disgusted all round - both with the problem and with the appalling lack of customer service options when the fault is all with the merchant. Please be warned.

FAO Beth from Argos - and I thought it couldn't get worse! Your reply is of no use at all. As stated in the review, social media messaging doesn't work unless you have an order number. There is no way of messaging without it.

TJC PLUS+ is definitely a MINUS

Very disappointed in the highly promoted TJC PLUS service. I thought I'd try it, ordered early Friday afternoon and expected next day delivery on Saturday. Instead, I just got an email despatch note on Saturday showing a 'delivered by' date almost a week after the order date. The tracking information took me to Royal Mail which did not recognise the tracking number. I tried online chat - allegedly number 1 in the queue with a wait time of 4 minutes. 15 minutes later I gave up. When nothing arrived in Monday's mail I rang customer services. It turned out that the parcel would be delivered by Amazon on Tuesday but the only explanation I was offered for the delay was 'Covid 19'. Complete nonsense since Amazon Prime delivers next day to our home almost daily. No explanation either as to why the tracking goes through to Royal Mail for Amazon parcels (which can't be tracked by the customer as it isn't a direct Amazon order). Fairly shambolic and not impressive in any aspect, will think twice about ordering again and will not be renewing the PLUS service.

Can't imagine how they could be any worse. Parcel has not arrived. Automated 'Holly' as customer services is a waste of time and just replicates online tracking.
Trying to speak to an actual person is almost impossible, lengthy automated options and then you're either disconnected when you opt to speak to an adviser or have an endless wait.
Then the adviser tells you a pack of lies about where your parcel has been and where it's going, gives a false email address for a complaint and so leaves the customer to start the whole dreary process again.
So then try to submit a claim online (as I paid for full insurance)- neither the barcode for the parcel or the invoice number are recognised apparently.
I can't see that this operation is even legal since they don't provide the service you pay for and then do everything possible to avoid responsibiliy. Hand over your parcel at your peril.

I made a big mistake in moving from…

I made a big mistake in moving from Three to iD mobile. I live in a signal blackspot but with VoLTE on Three had no issues. As iD uses the Three network I assumed I would get the same service but with the benefit of the 30 day rolling contract and data rollover offered by iD. I was wrong. The service is basically useless at home, can't even send a text. The customer support is non existent, live chat operators have no clue and technical email support equally lacking in both speed and quality of response. And no option at all to speak to an actual person. I am returning to Three after a week of pure frustration and a useless phone. Avoid if you have any signal issues.

We do offer a 30-day change of mind on any contracts purchased directly from us and our SIM-only plans can be cancelled any time after that with 30-days notice, or by getting a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 and giving this to the new network.
