I was notified that my order would be delivered on Wednesday 4th November. This was inconvenient for me so delivery was rescheduled for the following day. Happy that I had that option!
Driver was polite and helpful!

This company is amazing!
I ordered a bed from them but unfortunately has some problems with the company dispatching it, they put their own personal dispatch team onto it and got it to me in no time at all.
Unfortunately one of the draws of the bed was jammed, they consistently and patiently worked with me and sent out a replacement.
I can not praise this company enough and fully recommend them to everyone.
When my toddler needs a new bed il definitely be using them again

The online tracking system is very efficient snd clear. I once rang to check something and was immediately put through to a very helpful young lady - a real person who understood her job, so rare.
On the days, I received the phone call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival, in the allotted time window.
Everybody was so pleasant and efficient.

Great service

The delivery was late and we were told they couldn’t deliver the mattress upstairs because it wouldn’t fit.
My husband had to wait for a neighbour to arrive and the two of them carried the mattress upstairs.
I strongly suspect the delivery men were late and unwilling to try and get the mattress upstairs.

From initial contact with my delivery it has been excellent. The original delivery day scheduled was not suitable for me due to changes in circumstances.
I contacted the company byeway logistics LTD.
My delivery has now been received.

Installers arrived promptly and were polite and efficient during installation. However whilst they checked levels on pergola legs they did not check the beams or test for water distribution down each leg. After rain when the pergola is opened all the water flows to one side and overwhelms one side so overflows the gutter. White stores are trying hard to arrange a remedial visit but Byeway are not responding to requests to set a date for this.

This was my second deliver from Byeway Logistics, like the first, exactly on the time as promised and again, a very pleasant courier.

The product itself (electric pergola)is great. However the customer service we received was appalling. We were given a delivery date and then heard nothing even when I chased. We rearranged our work to ensure someone was home and no delivery was made. Tried calling with no luck, ended up going into store to complain and find out what was going on. Then managed to get hold of someone, but they never got back to us. Eventually we spoke to logistics and a manager who tried to help. Our delivery date changed again. We eventually received our pergola and to make matters work one panel was damaged so we needed to have another delivered. So more delays. We were told that we would be called once delivery and installation was complete to ensure we were happy and to organise compensation, however no one called us or bothered.

Excellent service, friendly delivery staff brought my order promptly and even unwrapped it for me (it was a heavy mattress!) Reliable company, would definitely recommend!
