The air con states portable
The air con states portable. It is heavy and won't roll on carpet with silly little castor. Vent hose attachments flimsy. The window attachment is only for sliding or sash windows. TJC made me pay to send it back. Over £50. Customer services were slow and not helpful. I'm awaiting full refund for the air con and postage. I will never use TJC again.

The chain was a great price ,I had an issue with the postage they said 3-5 days delivery which was free, after 5 days I rang them and they said they hadn’t processed it yet and it was 3-5 days after that it would be delivered,I told them I wasn’t happy with that,they said they would see what they could do ,it arrived next day,very happy about it ,great customer service,there was a processing error on my account,it’s the first time I’ve used them,the quality is very high even led lights in the box ,the chain 9ct white gold 24inch 1.2mm for under £200 is amazing ,I looked around and was going to pay £350 -£600 ,I will be buying again,highly recommended 🐾
