Hi Keith, we're sorry to hear that the size selected doesn't fit. We do detail the sizes in inches and cm and we include an advisory recommending that all customers check the size they need before purchasing.

If you actually gave us time to respond to your email we would have explained that the other items were damaged and a refund has already been sent for processing

It appears you may be refering to a different company, we are based in New Zealand and it looks like you are in great britian. We would much appreciate if you remove this review and direct it to the company that you are refering to. You are not in our system and we have not done business with one another before.

I would however highly encourage you to purchase from our store as our teak can definitely count.
