Brilliant company and excellent service (despite Musk)

Awful company, another one who thinks the world owes them a living. Tried to cancel for a friend, they refused to do this on line (despite the law stating they must offer online 'resiliation'), had to go through excruciating experience with a 'counselor' (read: sales idiot).

Much improved ! They seem to have resolved the late delivery / not showing up issues.

Account blocked for reasons unknown however after contacting Miles the situation was resolved very quickly, thank you

Very useful information. Not only are the customer reviews very telling but those companies that don't respond, says a lot about them..

Interesting journalism but constant upselling from the day i subscribed

Equipment is good, service is fine but speeds on fibre nowhere near what is claimed
EDIT: local telephone pole was damaged some weeks ago, it has affected fibre speeds. Unable to get past Free's automated systems to resolve the issue so am taking my business elsewhere

Placed order and made rdv for 4 tyres,all confirmed in stock. Now received long winded phone message basically no stock. They lied ! Trying to get refund. Avoid this company

Un service épouvantable. Le colis a été envoyé à la mauvaise adresse, mais La Poste a dit qu'il avait été livré et n'a rien fait d'autre. Je suis un Business Prime member donc je m'attendais à mieux. Je ne renouvellerai pas mon abonnement.

De nombreux cas de spam agressif sont attribués à cette société. Leur équipe technique semble incapable de contrôler ce phénomène.

Hopeless. Time wasters, take your money, give false tracking info. Trying to get refund through Darty (hey Darty why do you deal with fools like this?)

Service très médiocre. J'ai retourné l'article il y a plus de 2 semaines et j'ai dû utiliser PayPal pour récupérer l'argent. Il y a de bien meilleurs vendeurs sur le marché.
