I had to refuse delivery as the drivers delivery method would have caused damage to our property and a safety issue for 4 other properties.. We have a gravel road to our house, the courier refused to drive into our parkplatz (a 4m wide entrance). Instead the driver wanted to drag a pallete along the gravel and then argue with me about how he knows best. Atletica order 142039 now has to be cancelled, as I wont deal with companies who use unprofessional courier firms

Totaly disaster. My package has not been delivered after 3 weeks. They dont answer on the telephone and not on e-mail. Big Big WARNING for this "company".

This is the WORST company to use for arranging deliveries. DO NOT make use of them for getting deliveries to another country (e.g. from Germany to Belgium). It is a complete nightmare. What should have taken a few days is now taking almost 2 weeks to get a bicycle delivered and still NO delivery date although they received the bike within 1 day after ordering from the reseller.

Really disappointed that I didn’t check the reviews beforehand.

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue as many others here: my package has been in their possession for over a month with no delivery and no updates. They do not respond to emails at all, and there is no phone number listed on their website.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. A company that takes payments but provides no communication or accountability should not be operating in 2026.

Had my parcel for nearly a month and it has not moved.The company I brought the item off has tried contacting them several times and no reply.

they called me and informed me that my package is coming Wednesday and than after they send me a message telling me that it’s gonna come on Thursday after i took a day off from work

What an absolute waste of time this pathetic company are!! They deserve a -star as they are absolutely shite!! They were seen on CCTV right outside of the address they had here in Spain with 2 items on board, and the absolute idiotic driver could not even find where the gate was, he was literally PARKED in front of it!! They have tracking info from November still on the web site ffs!!!! I ordered from Autodoc 2 parts for a customers car and now i have lost money due to the parts not arriving and the customer going to another garage. I paid 700 euros and i have lost 1000 because of these useless piles of caca...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! THEY ARE PATHETIC. THEY COULD NOT RUN A BATH LET ALONE DELIVER PRODUCTS... TRULY USELESS.... THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN & CEO'S SACKED AND NEVER ALLOWED TO WORK AGAIN...... PATHETIC

Incompetent, outdated is how I can describe this company.

Their systems and tracking is useless. Communication is not available. They announce a sending which doesn't come, instead they reannounce it when you are not home. This is not logistics, this is driving aimlessly. It's 2024 wake up people.

Never use this company never on time my order should come today they cancelled.

Not even 1 star. No communication, just sitting on my order.

Terrible experience!
Our packages were just left by our door in rain and snow for days without any communication before or after. Link was incorrect displaying the info of our goods. If signature was required on delivery (will find out today) prepare for a lawsuit

The worst, unprofessional delivery company ever. Everything is just a complete disaster.
They did not follow the scheduled time, they throw the item on the streets side not even in fort of the building door. The driver called and start telling you if you did not come in 5min I will leave!! >_<
The delivery appointment is between 9 AM -15 PM (fair enough), WTH, you come at 16:30!! Why you have an appointment system at the first place!!!

Advice, Anyone has to unfortunately to deal with this company needs to free a whole day for their majesty IDS company.

A complete disaster! Nobody shows up and when you contact them (a phonenumber after a long search on the internet) you will be connected to the Kölner Messe and the people there are already used to this. A couple of days later you will find the delivery on your doorstep without any notification. Absolutely unacceptable!

Completely incapable of delivering anything without damaging it of loosing it! The only good thing is the insurance which pays out every time. How long can this incompetent company continue to trade is anyone’s guess. The sooner they are confined to history the better!

I do not really think IDS is at fault here, but they really need to have a good talk with their delivery partners with all the bad reviews & images of bad delivery & rude drivers.

To be honest my delivery was fast & smooth was not even at home, but the delivery guy called me & kindly waited for me for like 4 mins extra & helped me to the Lift at lease lol! 2 days delivery

So IDS as stated above talk with your local delivery partners as you have bad reviews everywhere. I guess I was lucky
