Surfshark is extremely easy to set up and hides my IP address most effectively. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great VPN experience.

Awesome service and seamless streaming

FINALLY got through to a live chat agent, and she got my problem solved quickly, as opposed to the utterly useless AI chat agent. In either case, a live support phone call would be preferable. You'd think a company as large as Surfshark would have a lot more respect for its paying customers.

Having had 2 years trouble free I renewed but after 3 months it is making my laptop unusable without disabling it. Can I have a refund. Not after 90 days came their reply . So I have paid for 2 years but for something defective. Customer service responsive but no use unless you know your way around their functions .

A very bad experience. I purchased a trial redemption code from Eneba and forgot to deactivate the subscription. On the first day, I received an email about Surfshark being charged. I immediately requested a refund through PayPal.

I was charged money and opened a dispute with PayPal, but I lost due to insufficient data. My money wasn't returned, and I still didn't receive the product. They just took my money but refused to deliver it. I was very disappointed.

If I can't get my money back, at least you can reinstate my subscription.

They make rules that benefit themselves.

I had an issue with an automatic subscription renewal after a free trial. The automated refund process did not allow me to request a refund, but I contacted customer support and Frank was very helpful. He reviewed my case, understood my situation, and provided a solution quickly and professionally.

Working well, the antivirus is also a feature that is reassuring. But not being a tip top pc operator myself I am sure someone much more experienced then me could write a more comphensive review. That being said, Surfshark has not given me any surprises and I feel it is worth the money, and is by far better then not having "nothing". I would recommend Surfshark. Their customer support is outstanding! I had some issues over in Asia, spoke to Ashton via online chat, she even explained further why, and after looking into my account, they kindly settled my account most fairly as possible.

Won't hesitate to using them again once i'm overseas again from Canada.
