Despite emailing Harry's previously I'm no longer getting a reminder that my delivery (and hence payment) is due.
This also means that I can't even consider adding any additional items.
Having said that deliveries are accurate and to my requested schedule. Packaging is also sensible and secure. Happy with the product quality.

Really easy to order online. We first found the kombucha in a local large supermarket and liked it a lot. So much so that we now make a direct bulk order online. This is dispatched and delivered very promptly (despite being quite heavy!)

Opting for solar panels can seem to be a minefield but this scheme, supported as it is by your local council, made it feel safe and sensibly costed. Just beginning to enjoy the fruits of the project.

How a company deals with a problem with a supplied item is a good measure of their quality.
I'd bought a NAS HDD to install in another supplier's housing - at 79% it failed and I needed to identify which was broken. The other company looked at a diagnostic log and concluded it was the drive so I was confident in returning the drive (SCAN organised this). They quickly confirmed it was faulty but couldn't provide a similar replacement, so I had a refund and ordered a larger capacity instead. This replacement is working well.

Bought as we'd tried them in Maray Manchester and wanted more.

We were replacing a traditional digital timer and wired digital thermostat for a conventional boiler. The instructions made this easy to do.
Had a power supply plug failure for the bridge component but this was replaced (fortunately it's also a standard usb-type connector so could use an alternative whilst awaiting replacement).
Have just replaced the boiler and the engineers were able to use the existing kit to enable control of the heating side of the combi-boiler.
Using the app to regulate the temperature of the rooms is very easy (we've several blocks of time at different temperatures that form a basic pattern which can be easily superseded). Plus the holiday/out function is useful.

Issue resolved, however background noise on call is unhelpful (hence the lost star)

We've got rather hooked on One Living kombucha having first tried the bottles from the chiller cabinet in Sainsbury's. We then discovered the efficiency of the online home delivery service and have now bought the canned versions on several occasions
