Beware - Not lifetime guarantee
I purchased a coat many years ago and the stitching came apart near the hood. I contacted their Customer Service and claimed under their Lifetime Guarantee. Their response was the coat bought in 2017, old old for guarantee and the fault was due to wear and tear. Excuse me, lifetime guarantee means exactly what it states on the tin. As for wear and tear, what is wear and tear. I DO NOT consider stitching coming apart as wear and tear. DO NOT get conned by Craghoppers lifetime guarantee. There is a time limit.

Terrible delivery times
Terrible delivery times. If you use Evri to deliver your items and they don't arrive until more than a week despite Evri twice ignoring their own delivery times then people won't be happy. Will not buy from you again because of your courier
