Zero stars let down for the 2nd time, I paid for next day delivery as my pug has a special diet not delivered, given refund for delivery in 4 days, excuse DPD didn’t pick up rest of order Donna asked for good review but as the chat was shut down mid typing I think not, in future I will be using a reliable company to order food for my pugs

I have been looking for a replacement bag for ages without any success there always seemed to be something I didn’t like then I saw the Radley Rathbone handbag, took the plunge bought it and I am not disappointed perfect for me

The package was delivered within the time frame I assume but no knock at the door it would have been helpful as the only indication the package had arrived was a request from DPD how did we do, we then went to look for it and found a poor little soggy package outside the door. I understand the driver’s are very busy but a knock is sometimes necessary

Tree really beautifully, the postage stung a bit but when I realised mail order delivered the tree, it was well worth it as the tree was in great condition as it hadn’t been packed in cardboard, well worth postage

Items arrived promptly unfortunately I had to send 1 back but no problem the refund was as prompt as delivery so excellent service.

I saw the butter dish and utensil holder on line so I sent off order and to my amazement they arrived next day also very well packed, what an excellent service.

Waiting for my parcel from Crocus to be delivered, at 1.37pm received email from Yodel how did we do, as there had been no knock at the door (dog would of barked) we checked at front door, nothing tried calling Yodel to speak to a human no chance just a recording telling us that the parcel had been left in the porch, (we don’t have a porch) tried emailing same result just chat line, appalling service.

I am adding this to my earlier review my plants from Crocus had indeed been delivered to a porch in a completely different road driver got the house number right though plants were in a sorry state after sitting in a hot porch all day, a kind man carried the heavy box round to me in the evening.

Always fast delivery plus faster delivery of the food being eaten, top marks

Really enjoy the dinners some days you don't feel like cooking so into the freezer you go browse pick a meal what could be easier.

Recently bought a second hand book from these people (Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 -as it happens!!) and received it promptly.

The book was in excellent condition without any dog-eared pages. ( which is usually par for the course with second hand books).

Ps It did not smell of cigarett smoke.....

We have been having these meals for some months now and enjoying them the meals are of a satisfactory size for us, the only downside is carrots 🥕 they seem to be included in most meals would like to see more variety of vegetables, the delivery service is also very good.
