We purchased a 300kg sack truck. Comes in sections, instructions clear, easy to put together. Pretty sturdy and transports a good amount of stuff, even over rough grassland. Only issue we had was the nyloc nut holding the front wheel axle in place worked loose and came off. Have replaced it but not using the washer so that the bolt thread can engage with the plastic inner of the nut better, and hopefully not come off. This welded on bolt could do with being a bit longer to allow both the washer and nut to be installed without the fear of the nut working loose. Easy to order, quick delivery.

We bought some hose protection ramps to lay across a street to make sure cars didn't squash our hoses. Sturdy tough rubber compound, with two built in channels and a tough yellow hinged lid. Comes in 1m long sections that are easy to fit together. Very pleased with the product, does the job nicely, and good value. Delivered quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

Bought a 10x8 shiplap apex windowless shed. Very helpful customer service team who answered all my questions on several occasions prior to buying. Delivery date was pre-arranged and directions double checked with the company, so everything went smoothly even though the site was quite tricky for the driver to find. Haven't had a chance to put it up just yet but the quality seems to be good and decent value for money.

Very pleased with the service from Dance Direct. I recently bought mens 1st position leather jazz shoes with a suede sole. I wasn't certain which size would fit me so bought two sizes as their staff suggested. It cost no extra in postage and I was assured the return would be free. Can't ask any more than that! The shoes are a close and comfy fit with a very low heel - just what I was looking for as a relative beginner where fit was more important than technical shoes for me. Thank you very much.

Condition of books matched what was stated on website so very satisfied there wasn't any excessive wear and tear on the secondhand ones. I paid for expedited next day delivery - it did take 5 days but then it was xmas and they got there in time for xmas day so no complaints!

Regularly use this branch of Formula One. Can easily book ahead online, very good value, staff always helpful. For example, they fitted me in at short notice last Friday to replace two tyres which was very helpful given I had a long trip that weekend. Another time I rang on the off chance I could get a retest done but no slots available - however the manager remembered me calling and rang back within an hour when he got had a cancellation. Really pleased he bothered to do this as it meant I could get the MOT done, my road tax paid off and not take extra time out from my working week.
