What a Shocking service …
What a Shocking service I received by this lot.
Parcel was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday 9th April between 13.58 and 14.58.
It never arrived. At 16.00 I received a text message informing me that the parcel had been left at a Post Office 3 miles away.
Not happy at this I contacted the customer service centre and they arranged to collect the parcel and re deliver it the following Monday 13.04.2026.
Once again after waiting in the parcel never arrived.
Tried contacting DPD online only to be told it is being delivered 13.04.
14.04.2026 called the seller whom said that they would contact DPD. He came back and said that DPD tried to redeliver on Friday 10.04 to an address 2 miles away( Wrong address) and left a missed delivery card .
He apologised and told me that DPD have told him that if I do not go and collect the parcel from the post office they will pick it up and deliver back to seller.

Review of ML Performance
Avoid this company like the plague
Ordered a K&N filter which was showing in stock on website beginning of April. Next day I received an Email confirming order .On the order it stated ETA 02.05.2025 nearly a month later.
If I had read any reviews on this company before hand I should have cancelled the order there and then but I just let it go .
On 05.05.2025 I contacted them by Email as having called them on numerous occasions before and all I got was a AI voicemail.
I did actually receive a phone call from them shortly afterwards informing me that the part was delayed in the USA and was expected on 23.05.2025.
On 24.05 I received an Email stating that the part was on Backorder and they could not give me a delivery date.
I subsequently sent them an Email requesting a Full Refund.
3 days later I received an Email confirming my Full refund but it would take 5-7 working days.
2 days later another Email stating Full Refund taking up to 12-14 days.
This was the final straw for me so I contacted Paypal who issued me with a Full Refund within 24 hours.
Never again would I use this company.

Torro sent me an Email offering me a 15% discount on a £39.99 phone case bringing the price down to £34.
After purchasing the item i was dismayed to see the same item on Amazon for £29.99.
