We went to the Southport branch. Joe and Graham are so knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We bought a new fish tank and stand (I rang up to enquire about stock and they were both put to one side for me), air pump and accessories and both Joe and Graham gave us such good advice on cycling the new tank, as it is a lot of years since we've done this. Joe also advised on which air pump to buy. It is always refreshing to deal with people who are genuinely interested and ready to offer advice. We were able to buy everything we needed, which is also refreshing these days, as so many places have things that are out of stock. I can highly recommend Southport Maidenhead Aquatics.

When we went in store to choose our carpets, we were able to browse at ease on our own, then, when we were ready to order, the lady who served us (I don't know her name) was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and gave us advice. At a later date, she informed us that one of our colours was out of stock, but went to the trouble of finding alternatives for us. Steve, the carpet fitter, was brilliant and very professional. He arrived on time, took care of our property and made a fantastic job of fitting the carpets. It was so nice to deal with people who genuinely care about their work and their customers.

I am so happy with my purchase. My dwarf privet plant was packaged so carefully and arrived in perfect condition. I have never dealt with this company before, but we are in the process of moving house and I shall definitely be buying more plants from them for my new garden. I can highly recommend.

It was easy to navigate the website and make my choices. I was also glad that longer poles in one length are available, as I didn't want to have to join two poles in the middle. My order was sent promptly and was very carefully packaged and protected and everything arrived in perfect condition. Two poles had to be cut slightly shorter and this was easy to do with a junior hacksaw. Fitting the brackets was easy, as was fitting the finials to the poles. Everything is top quality. My curtain poles look fabulous and I am so pleased with them. I can highly recommend Poles & Blinds.

I am so pleased with my mat. It was easy to place my order, the delivery was prompt and the mat was carefully packaged. It looks just like it did in the photo and is very similar to a mat that I already have, that has lasted for many years, with heavy use, and is still going strong. I have no doubt that this mat will last as long.

We are over the moon with our slate number sign. The website was easy to navigate and, once we decided on a sign, it was easy to customise. There was also the option to pay a small fee for the sign to be oiled before dispatch, which we are glad that we opted for, as it protects the sign and enhances the appearance. A great experience. We were able to look round the showroom with ease and Bill was very helpful with advice and with placing our order. We later had a small amendment to make to our order and Tom Hughes was very professional and prompt in dealing with our query and then amending the order. So nice to have such lovely people to deal with and having such a great choice of items. It was also good to be able to see and touch the items in the showroom, rather than just from photos online.
