Bought a ladies suit. Quality was awful, the material was very poor and smelt. The jacket buttons were misaligned and so the jacket was uneven. When I went to return the item they offered a small percentage refund if I kept the item. After many e mails they finally gave me the return address in China. It would have cost half as much as the item to return.
Then spoke to my bank to arrange a charge back refund who confirmed that an unauthorised reoccurring subscription had been set up on my account!

Product good, customer service excellent

Completed "free" photobook, "which took ages, then at final confirmation page find that p&p is nearly £6 which for the quantity of pages and size of book was really expensive, obviously I was expecting a p&p charge but that was far too much and should have been made clear from the start. I cancelled the order. A waste of of time

I have used glasses direct before and again was delighted with the cost and choice of glasses. The customer service was great, and our glasses ( my husband also placed an order) arrived in 4 days. A great overall product and customer experience

I have recently used Mazuma after finding a number of old mobiles when having a clear out, the money received was reasonable, especially as the phones may have just ended up in the bin. The website was easy to use and payment was v quick.
All in all a fab service! Would highly recommend
