Abstract
ホスファターゼと特異的に反応し、かつ蛍光強度が十分に高く、かつレシオ測定が可能な程度に蛍光スペクトルまたは励起スペクトルが十分にシフトする化合物の提供を目的とする。本発明は、 一般式(I)で表されるホスホクマリン誘導体またはその塩である。
前記式中、 R1およびR2は、いずれか一方が水素原子であり、いずれか他方が式
(前記式中、nは1~4の整数である。)
で表わされる基である。
