Abstract

 励起光波長/蛍光波長が生体組織透過性に優れた近赤外領域にあって測定対象物質をレシオ法で測定可能な蛍光プローブであって、蛍光団A-S-蛍光団B(蛍光団A及び蛍光団Bは600 nm~950 nmの波長の励起光を照射した場合に蛍光を発する蛍光団であって、蛍光団Aは測定対象物質との特異的な反応の前後で蛍光特性が変化する性質を有し、Sは蛍光団Aと蛍光団Bとを連結するスペーサーを示す)で表され、測定対象物質との特異的な反応の前後で蛍光団Aと蛍光団Bとの間の蛍光共鳴エネルギー効率の実質的な変化を生じる化合物を含む蛍光プローブであって、蛍光団Aが下記の式(AI)で表される蛍光プローブ。
