Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé qui réagit spécifiquement avec une phosphatase, présente une intensité de fluorescence suffisamment élevée, et donne un spectre fluorescent ou un spectre d'excitation présentant un décalage suffisant d'un degré tel qu'une mesure ratiométrique peut être effectuée. Le composé est un dérivé de phosphocoumarine représenté par la formule générale (I) ou un sel de ce dernier. Dans la formule (I), l'un des éléments R1 et R2 est hydrogène et l'autre est un groupe représenté par la formule (II) (dans laquelle n est un entier compris entre 1 et 4).
