Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Polypeptide mit L-Sorbosedehydrogenase (SDH) bzw. L-Sorbosondehydrogenase (SNDH) Aktivität sowie Nukleinsäuresequenzen kodierend für diese Polypeptide. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung transgene Expressionskonstrukte, Vektoren und transgene Organismen, die diese Nukleinsäuresequenzen enthalten sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Keto-L-gulonsäure oder Ascorbinsäure unter Verwendung derselben.
