Abstract

L'invention concerne un polypeptide à activité L-sorbose-déhydrogénase (SDH) ou L-sorbosondéhydrogénase (SNDH), ainsi que des séquences d'acide nucléique codant pour ce polypeptide. L'invention concerne en outre des constructions d'expression transgénique, des vecteurs et des organismes transgéniques renfermant ces séquences d'acide nucléique, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication d'acide 2-céto-L-gulonique ou d'acide ascorbique avec utilisation des composés précités.
