Abstract
1. Эндопротез для пластики срединных вентральных грыж с лифтингом мышечно-апоневротических тканей брюшной стенки, состоящий из двух широких задних лоскутов и двух узких передних лоскутов, соединенных между собой коннектором, шести фиксационных лент, отходящих от передних лоскутов по три с каждой стороны, и изготовленный в нескольких вариантах в зависимости от ширины коннектора.2. Способ пластики срединных вентральных грыж с лифтингом мышечно-апоневротических тканей брюшной стенки, включающий использование эндопротеза с фиксирующими лентами и отличающийся тем, что задний лоскут эндопротеза размещают в предбрюшинном пространстве, а передний лоскут и отходящие от него фиксирующие ленты - в подкожной клетчатке, коннектор - между медиальными краями прямых мышц, затем лоскуты сшивают между собой через толщу боковых мышц латеральнее от спигелиевой линии.1.
