A technique of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal allohernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia comprises the laparoscopic reconstruction of hernia-threatening sites of inguinal-femoral area with the meshed implant with mesh fixation and peritonization with peritoneum by applying the staples and fixation of the implanted mesh along its upper edge with simultaneous peritonization with 3-4 transmuscular-aponeurotic subcutaneous "puncture" sutures.
