Способ хирургического лечения паховых грыж пластикой пахового канала, отличающийся тем, что при пластике задней стенки пахового канала, позади семенного канатика, края внутренней косой, поперечной мышц и поперечной фасции вначале подшивают 5-10 отдельными узловатыми швами к нижнему краю паховой связки (как по способу Бассини), а затем на 3-4 мм выше этого первого ряда швов накладывают второй ряд одиночных швов в шахматном порядке между внутренней косой мышцей живота, поперечной фасцией и паховой связкой, наружным листком апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота.1. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что наряду с пластикой задней стенки пахового канала, выполняют и пластику передней стенки пахового канала, причем перед сшиванием наружного и внутреннего листков апоневроза косой наружной мышцы живота создают дубликатуры каждого из них, путем сгибания их вдвое (как при способе Намашко Н.М.), а затем сшивают их непрерывным швом таким образом, что в наружной и средней третях шва образуется дубликатура апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота, а во внутренней трети шва - двойная дубликатура, за счет наслаивания друг на друга дубликатур наружного и внутреннего листков апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота.2.
