Claims (2)

Способ ушивания лапаротомной раны, по которому края раны апоневроза ушивают непрерывным швом с захватом брюшины и с последующим ушиванием подкожно-жировой клетчатки и кожи отдельными швами, отличающийся тем, что ушивание ведут с проведением вколов-выколов на разных расстояниях от краев операционной раны, причем дальние вколы-выколы иглы с лигатурой проводят через мышечно-апоневротический слой с захватом переднего и заднего листка влагалища прямых мышц передней брюшной стенки, а ближние вколы-выколы иглы с лигатурой - через апоневроз белой линии живота, образуя непрерывный шов с наклонным проведением лигатуры на передней поверхности мышечно-апоневротического слоя раны.1.
