Способ диагностики клинических типов школьной дезадаптации, установления особенностей возрастной динамики и прогноза дезаптационных состояний детей с легкой умственной отсталостью, осуществляющийся на основе многоосевой системы классификации и включающий такие оси как проведение диагностики клинических психопатологических синдромов, оценку специфических расстройств психологического развития, определение уровня интеллектуального развития, оценку сомато-физического и неврологического здоровья пациентов, определение аномальных психо-социальных ситуаций и общую оценку психо-социальной недееспособности, отличающийся тем, что в первую очередь определяют уровень интеллектуального развития и выявляют школьников с легкой умственной отсталостью, устанавливают ведущую клинико-психопатологическую симптоматику имеющихся расстройств умственной отсталости и проводят обследование по остальным указанным осям в динамике - несколько раз в год через определенные промежутки времени, затем по итогам обследования проводят постановку функционального диагноза с определением характера школьной дезадаптации - патологический или непатологический - и последующим выделением четырех основных ее типов: аффективно-кинетического (гиперкинетический, астено-гипокинетический, агрессивно-дисфорический варианты), аномально-личностного (имитационный, депривационный и псевдоаутистический варианты), дискогнитивного (дисвербальный и аконструктивный варианты) и аддиктивного типов, с учетом которого и оценивают психо-социальную недееспособность для назначения индивидуализированных коррекционных лечебно-реабилитационных программ.A method for diagnosing clinical types of school maladaptation, establishing the characteristics of age-related dynamics and predicting the disruption states of children with mild mental retardation, carried out on the basis of a multi-axis classification system and including such axes as diagnosing clinical psychopathological syndromes, assessing specific disorders of psychological development, determining the level of intellectual development, assessing somatophysical and neurological health of patients, determination of abnormal psycho-social situations and a general assessment of psycho-social disability, characterized in that they primarily determine the level of intellectual development and identify students with mild mental retardation, establish the leading clinical and psychopathological symptoms of existing mental retardation disorders and conduct an examination of the remaining indicated axes in dynamics - several times a year at certain intervals, then, based on the results of the examination, a functional diagnosis is made with the definition the nature of school maladaptation - pathological or non-pathological - and the subsequent allocation of its four main types: affective-kinetic (hyperkinetic, astheno-hypokinetic, aggressive-dysphoric variants), abnormally personal (imitation, deprivation and pseudo-autistic variants), disco-cognitive (disverbal and ak options) and addictive types, taking into account which psycho-social disability is assessed for the appointment of individualized remedial treatment and rehabilitation nnyh programs.
