Abstract
1.- Una composición de liberación sostenida que contiene un polímero de ácido láctico-ácido glicólico que tiene una relación de peso molecular medio en peso a pesomolecular medio en número de aproximadamente 1,90 ó menos, o una sal del mismo, y una sustancia fisiológicamente activa.2.- La composición de liberación sostenida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde la sustancia fisiológicamente activa es un péptido fisiológicamente activo.3.- La composición de liberación sostenida de acuerdo con la. reivindicación 2, donde la sustancia fisiológicamente activa es un derivado de la LH-RH.4.- La composición de liberación sostenida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde el peso molecular medio en peso de dicho polímero de ácido láctico-ácido glicólico es de aproximadamente 3.000 a aproximadamente 100.000.
