I could not give any less stars

I could not give any less stars. Their communication was appalling, service was practically non existent, they ignored my claim despite overwhelming evidence of the injury, hospitalisation, flight cancellation, re booking, medication & expenses for travel to & from medical appointments, alternate accommodation & food expenses paid by me for my injured sister when we were in Bali. I have submitted & re submitted information only to be ignored.

Their insurance is promoted by Booking.com on their website & they want nothing to do with it now.

I had a very disappointing experience...

I had a very disappointing experience with XCover and would not recommend them.
I submitted my claim with all the required documentation over a month ago. Since then, I have received no updates, no communication, and no indication of when my claim will be processed. The online portal all the time says that my claim is "under investigation," but that status has not changed for over 5 weeks.
Whenever I contact customer support by email, I only receive an automated response directing me back to the online portal, which provides no useful information. It's an endless circle with no way to speak to someone or get a meaningful update.
The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If you need a cover company that actually keeps you informed, I would look elsewhere.
Very poor service. Absolutely not recommended!

How my travel insurance covered from X.Cover

My travel insurance covered my delay/cancelled flight, had made my claim to X.cover by email uploaded travel itinerary, boarding pass, insurance cover, delay email, photo etc. Claim can get easy and smooth with all the document in hand that submit with support (submission step by step shown), claim department will contact us to submit claim form, Then claim can be done within 3-5 working days. thing get easy.
