Great deals on cameras, and I've made a couple of orders from them already. Very satisfied with my experience.

This is the first time I’ve bought anything from MPB, and won’t be the last. I am delighted with what I purchased, it was advertised accurately and was shipped to me in 48 hours.

So basically, I ordered a FUJIFILM XF 10-24 lens
The package came and unfortunately, when I opened it, all I got was a Korean beauty product to which why would MPB produced something like this? I thought they sell cameras and lenses and accessories, etc.
And on top of that, I spent 600 something euro for a Fujifilm lens instead, all I got was a beauty product to which I never ordered!! so now I have trust issues with MPB now I won’t be shopping this company again in fact don’t ever shop with MPB ever again. Save your money for better. Online store. Thank you, MPB for
scamming me ! 😡😡😡

I've used MPB multiple times over the years and have had consistently good experiences with various gear from lenses to remote flash triggers.

I was looking for a used camera body and MPB is one of the few sites that include actual shutter counts in their descriptions. That's what got me interested in the company.

The prices are good, the descriptions are accurate and they have a great return policy.

Very quick response and excellent service all round. Highly recommended for both buying and selling. Always a very fair price.

Originally ordered a lens. Had issues regarding the description. Contacted MPB and they organised a replacement fairly quickly return was shipped free and also delivery which takes a lot of hassle out of the process. The replacement is in mint condition. Highly recommended. No issues with their customer service.

My Sony RX100VII was and still is a fantastisc camera. But it was a bit small for me to operate smoothly.
I exchanged it for a Nikon DSLR. MPB gave me more than the suggested price after inspection for the Sony. The whole process of exchange was extremely easy and well documented. No surprises. If you want to change gear look no further. It cannot be better than with MPB.

Mpb gave me an offer on my three Canon M lenses I was selling. I said yes, sent the lenses to them with their prepaid shipping label. Within a week, they emailed me to say that my lenses were worth more. I accepted the new offer & money 2as in my bank account3-5days later.
They are best,the greatest, who else does that!

I’ve bought and sold more gear with MPB than I care to admit. Everything is top notch: selection, pricing, shipping, returns, and most of all, customer service. They make selling ridiculously easy and pay really fast.

The lens I purchased was in better shape than was described on the site. I will definitely buy from them again.

Nothing but great experiences with MPB. They are the only used camera gear site that has photos of the actual item you'll receive. I've ordered, and traded with them multiple times and everything has always been exactly as described.

High quality products, condition as described, fast delivery. Haven't had to return anything but have made multiple purchases with no problems. I did have to request triangle clips after a purchase as there was no way to attach the shoulder strap to my camera. These were promptly dispatched with no charge and no questions asked.

mpb were a good way to sell my camera and lenses - they offered me as fair a price as I'll find on the second-hand market, arranged for collection of the gear and paid me promptly for the agreed price.

Poor experience. Bought a lens that was faulty. For two weeks ive been chasing an update on how to return it. Ive emailed every two days to be ignored.

Now got to issue a chargeback to get my money back as I can't even get them to collect the item.

Considering that I was selling item which had to be evaluated , the whole process is a breeze. Within one week from online initial price offer to final price adjustment! I like it . MPB even upgraded lens I was selling which translate to better price ! And generally you won’t find better prices online than MPB . Thank you
