Sara Paiva, UBS Baden made my experience with UBS teller service great. I urgently needed some old account statements (formerly CS) which were not accessible via app. What at first seemed to be a complicated, ticket related, time consuming matter was solved by Sara’s intervention within 15 min. and I could leave with all I needed. I would like to thank Sara Paiva for her excellent, professional and utterly customer orientated assistance. She made my day.

At a time when many businesses and institutions choose to reduce costs through the reduction or elimination of traditional branch and person-to-person services, it is a positive and comforting experience to note that UBS still recognise and support the value of providing professional and personal consulting to their customers.

The app and banking services are at the expected level.

The problem was swiftly solved.

Avoid this bank! Although it is a Swiss bank and they promote security and confidentiality, this comes at a very very high cost, non-negotiable. Their attitude is "take it or leave it". And as you bank and use UBS for your stock transactions, they will come up with several charges, smartly always based on their General Business Conditions.

Customer seevice clerk was very helpful and did straight away what was needed to solve my issue. She noticed from the system that I hadn’t ‘t downloaded my banking app and was able to help me on the spot to download the right app and everything now is working smoothly

My advisor really listens to my concerns and makes great suggestions for me to consider, provides more information and plans a follow up for taking things forward. Feels like a genuine partnership.

Shares account is biggest pain to use imaginable, the user interface is from the 90s and they make it super complex to transfer shares to another account. Oh and customer service number provided on the page doesnt work.

Being a former CS employee, I experienced an absolute smooth transition to UBS and find the system offered by UBS of higher quality and very easy to maneuver and the Helpdesk is extremely helpful if you have an issue.

I had an appointment and while there had been a misunderstanding, Mr. Jaccoud jumped in and guided me through the process of opening the account. I very much appreciate that flexibility.
