I contacted your support team several times and asked for a refund and account closure. In particular, Aperen U. handled my case very unprofessionally and kept me waiting 1–2 hours for basic responses.
This level of service is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I will no longer use TransferGo, and I would not recommend your service to others either.

I have used this long time. But when i need help. They helped me very fast

I love transfer go, I don't have many options to send euro from a Turkish lira account but with transfer go I was able to send money to my sister in the eu and it reached very fast and I got a better rate thany bank most of the time.

I have used this service to send money before without any issues. A few days ago, I initiated a transfer and sent the funds to their bank account; the money was deducted from my account, but it was never delivered to the recipient. They claimed that the name on the bank account did not match the name on my TransferGo account—it turned out my surname was incorrect. They asked for an explanation, which I provided in full. I also reached out to their customer service team, but they kept me waiting for three days; they would respond occasionally, only to disappear again. I have seen absolutely no sign of "fast service" here—this might well be the worst digital money transfer platform I have ever encountered. You are truly terrible at this. I provided all the necessary proof, yet you asked me the same question eight times, even though it was clear that everything was in order. Why did you keep me waiting? Furthermore, you should hire more staff for your customer service portal so that messages can be answered promptly, rather than making people wait five or six hours for a response that takes only three seconds to write.
