It's very hard to find a company like toolden who are very fast, from order to delivery plus they use DPD which I can track. Also it's a really great web site easy to use. I buy most of my tools from toolden and they have all the brands.

Showing stock online they don't have.
Ordered a petrol strimmer. I needed it quickly and Toolden showed 45 in stock. After 10 days nothing arrived and no communication. I phoned them to be told it was coming direct from manufacturer and they would chase it. A day later got a phone call to say none available and didn't know if anymore would become available.
A complete waste of time.
The did refund the money within a few days.

DPD tried to deliver batteries twice on…
DPD tried to deliver batteries twice on the second attempt, returned the batteries to Toolden, did not give me the option of collecting, after 5 days I had to contact Toolden, who advised me they had received the batteries and I could be 7 working days before they would be delivered again, very poor communication,

Thank you for your comments - however after 2 failed delivery attempts it is standard for the order to be returned to us. The warehouse team then arrange to resend this unless we have been advised if there is anything else to be actioned.
We do ask that you allow us 7 days from when the goods are back into the warehouse to check them and for them to be resent.
