Great service all the way to my door
Great service all the way to my door. The only issue was they didn’t have everything in stock that I wanted as a big order so had to get the rest elsewhere unfortunately. Other than that I couldn’t fault tool store and will use again for sure.

Great speedy delivery on my Makita…
Great speedy delivery on my Makita DLM330Z mower. Tried the mower out on wet grass, first cut of the year, cannot fault. Well made & sturdy, but light enough I can carry up steps to cut my grass, left mulching plug in and it did a great job using my existing 5amp/hr battery , did a 70m2 patch of wet grass and only used 1 bar on the battery.

The items was delivered speedily however the attitude of the staff was poor and the male I spoke to was exceptionally sarcastic. The female resolved the problem however would not use them again.

Initially, you contacted us because you expected a 3-pin wall adapter to be included with the bare unit product you ordered. During that call, you confirmed receipt of the 12v in- car adapter, which is the standard equipment supplied with this product. Our team explained that a DeWalt battery charger is an optional accessory and is not included with a "bare unit" tool. As stated in the "What's Included" section of the product listing, batteries and chargers are sold separately. Many customers already have batteries/chargers in their toolkits, so having the option of bare unit machines is a huge benefit.
After we explained that we could not provide you with a charger free of charge, you decided to place a subsequent order for one via our website and requested free shipping. When we declined this request due to the error not lying with anything we had done on our website, you then claimed the cigarette lighter adapter was missing, which contradicts your initial confirmation of its receipt. Even so, we sent you an extra one out as a gesture of goodwill with your charger order.
While we understand your frustration that you did not order everything initially, our team clearly explained what is supplied with our products and part numbers, even when you repeatedly accused us of ripping you off, whilst also admitting that you had missed the information on the listing. We strive to provide excellent service, and we take care to include all relevant information on the site, to avoid any confusion. We also believe it is inappropriate and unfair to threaten us with a negative review, just because we would not meet your demands.

Excellent delivery service and easy to use web store…
Haven’t had a chance to open the box yet as it was delivered New Year’s Eve, but what a fantastic delivery service. So impressed with the company and service, I was kept fully informed as to progress of shipment, easy to navigate the web store and I’m sure when I do eventually get round to opening and using the tool it will do what I require of it.
