Showing stock online they don't have.
Ordered a petrol strimmer. I needed it quickly and Toolden showed 45 in stock. After 10 days nothing arrived and no communication. I phoned them to be told it was coming direct from manufacturer and they would chase it. A day later got a phone call to say none available and didn't know if anymore would become available.
A complete waste of time.
The did refund the money within a few days.
