Placed an order for a strimmer which…
Placed an order for a strimmer which was in stock. Got order number and the money (£115) was taken from my account. Waited over a week for item but did not arrive. I emailed the company and they told me they hadn’t the item and couldn’t get it. I received a refund 2 days later.
Why did they let me order? How long were they going to keep my money?
Would not recommend this company.

very late delivery and expensive fee
The item was there but for a packet of screw they charge huge delivery fee and more than a week lag time. This does not work for me. too late. Even other marchent does not take more than 3 days.

Delivery takes to long for today's standard. it's a good place to go looking for tools but there website needs work it's not as good as it could be. All this aside if these things were corrected people will enjoy the site.
