Friendly Staff , Great atmosphere
This afternoon I went to the Superdrug store at Hempstead Valley shopping centre .
As soon as walked in , I received a great smile and welcome from Imogen.
I was looking for some face cream .
Imogen was very knowledgeable about the products . With her help I chose a vitamin E serum , their own brand .
She has excellent customer service skills . Imogen was friendly, listened , was understanding and I felt like a very valued customer .

Had my men’s eyebrows done after some many mounths of leaving them so they needed a great amount of work. Elezabeth the beautician was really fantastic. She’s super attentive and knew how to get them back looking perfect which is important as I have a people facing job. It wasn’t an easy task. They’re all out of shape long lots of white ones and horrid. She used to expertise and her knowledge to make it look perfect thank you so much Elizabeth. Great job.
