I ordered dove shower gel gift pack for a present one of the bottles had leaked inside soaked all the box it was ripped very disappointed it should have been packaged better.

I regularly order items on line with no problem but recently on trying to order advent calendars the app wouldn’t accept my credit card. It was a larger amount than usual so I assume that was the reason. Since then I ordered a few usual items using the same card with no problems. It was most inconvenient.

I received a wrong order and I expected to return at a store. However, the clerks and manager refused to help me to exchange the wrong item. They asked me to phone Boot.com. When I eventually reached Boot.com on my phone, I was told to change my item at store!!! It caused me lots of inconvenience. And the clerks at the store were very cold and unhelpful. It was a very bad shopping experience.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with boot from the time I ordered my items until I collected them. The staff I encountered were professional.
Not as good as usual
I never leave poor reviews but this order was disappointing. The 2 items I purchased online were shipped quickly but the cream I bought was a bit battered looking and the cleanser I bought has black stuff all over the bottle. I tried to clean it off but no luck! No idea what it is but it looks awful and if I was in the store I certainly wouldn’t have bought it. Hopefully the product inside is ok.

Tried to place order but despite trying 2 different card payment, transaction wouldnt get accepted. Called Customer Services an call handler put me on hold immediately after asking me to enter carddetails. Hadn't a clue what he was doing and called me back. Still declined card despite being readily accepted on other sites that day. Gave up and bought items elsewhere online quickly using same card. Complained by email and response is just a general fob off so have asked for CEO contact

The first email I had said to make sure I gave my mobile number for the courier to use but absolutely no indication how to do it. So I checked my boots.com account had the details which it did. Nothing for. 2 days so I queried it with customer service (cv) by email. They sent back a virtually identical email to the first one with no links that seemed appropriate or relevant information. I sent another email to customer services asking exactly how I was to share my mobile number. The answer - just send it by reply to the email. Once I’d done that it was plain sailing.
Why oh why didn’t the first email say exactly what I had to do. I’d be less upset and the cv would have so much less to do.
Time to review what you send out I think.
Also said my guarantee was with the manufacturer and to contact them if I had any problems. However I think my contract is with you!!
