On 29 August 2026, I once again used the Beauty Studio service at Superdrug in Chatham.
I was extremely pleased to meet another wonderful member of staff, Sonya. Through the excellent quality of her work, her constant smile, kindness and polite manner, she gave me exactly what every customer hopes for — complete satisfaction and the desire to return.

I popped into the Perth branch on Saturday. There were 2 staff members who were exceptionally helpful-(think their names were Alicia and Kai, sorry if not correct) The manager does know who they are! One was on the till who pointed out my points balance and was very customer focused and personable
and the other was working in the make up aisle. Every single customer in the make up aisle was met with a friendly greeting and an offer to help. Just a lovely experience and they were both a credit to the branch. Thank you

Awful service! Sheffield Norton & live chat customer service
I placed an online order for 2 items as they were part of an offer. Arranged click & collect from Sheffield Norton store. Order confirmation received quickly & I travelled to store to pick up. The assistant dawdled to collect the parcel & dawdled back with it. She did not check my ID or order number just asked my surname when I arrived & handed it straight over sullenly when she’d got it. Unfortunately when I got the parcel opened at home only one item was in the bag. I did live chat to notify of the error & asked for missing item to be sent to me. Advisor Tanisha did a new order for missing item to the store. I explained I could not go back to store & had asked for it to be sent to me. I asked for a refund instead. All options required further actions from me once the new order had been dispatched. I asked twice for it to be raised as a formal complaint and this was ignored on both occasions. Really poor service! Two errors on the part of Superdrug staff & yet solutions all require me to take action & not them! No goodwill & no attempt to do anything further to rectify. If I shop there in future it will be an absolute last resort! Really disappointed by such poor service.

Gita in Bluewater
I went to Superdrug at Bluewater to pick up a few essentials, and Gita was so kind and helpful when she was helping me find a concealer.
Later, she threaded both my mum’s and my eyebrows, and she did a fabulous job! She really took her time to make sure they were perfectly shaped, and I’m super happy with the results.
