unfortunately jetcost referred me to a third party agency which turned out to be a scam. I have concerns that jetcost isnt doing enough due diligence on the third party suppliers it refers to. I would not use it again.

Be careful—they have the best prices but advertise fraudulent companies. It can lead to huge losses; I lost £2,600 myself.

I do not recommend Jet cost and neither HOLIDAYCART, they are TOTAL SCAMMERS, we were meant to be flying in exactly 2 weeks, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone plus they never sent us our E-Tickets, We called Holiday Cart a few weeks ago and Steven Ros picked up, today I called them again, the same voice, the same person, and he said his name is Adam Ros. Indians that are not trustful at all, we called to cancel the flight, “Steven” sent us a code that we can’t use for anything, he said he will send us a email where all the details about the cancellation was, but never received anything. Now £4500 are gone to some dumb stupid scammers. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM HOLIDAY CART AND JET COST. I hope this helped

Advertise low price then call you to charge twice. It is scam and fraud.

Way too many scammers on this website. I have already used this website twice and only found scammers who called me later to raise the price of what was promoted, and then said that I had to pay "mandatory" fees. If u guys need to get tickets, don't use this website, please use Expedia or go directly to the airline app or website, that is much trustworthy.

Indian calling you for scam from Fake number
They advertise cheap flights to lure you in, then call saying the flight is "no longer available" and demand more money. If you refuse their higher price, they charge you cancellation fees anyway.

This is a classic bait-and-switch. Stay away and book elsewhere.

They try to steal your money. You book a cheap flight then they call you to pay more. And dont want to refund if you refuse to pay

They scam people! They show you cheap price to entice you and then triple the price after! They never issue the tickets!! A bunch of scammers!!

Absolutely appalling unfulfilled my ticket and been waiting 2 months for a refund and still not received it kept telling me 24hour then 48 hour then 7-10 days it’s now been 2 months and still nothing disgusting

do not book through this website. total scam!!!! luckily something seemed off, went to the airline the day before to check into my flight... sure enough!! no damn tickets had been booked and i was out $400.

Jetcost is a completely shameless company. I don't know why consumer protection authorities haven't thrown these criminals in jail; they sell tickets at one price and then demand more money.
Please, do not use them for any travel purposes.

Very deceptive. Purchased the flight, Luis Garcia helped me. Told me he would send confirmation the evening before, that should have been a clue-“Red light”. I purchased it. On the day of he told me he was working on it and would have the confirmation sent by the evening. I called at 7 pm and was on hold for 20 minutes, kept calling back and no one would pick up then I got the message that they were closed. I finally got in touch with Luis and he said that the airline canceled the flight. I asked him about my money and he started to yell at me saying to listen to him. Very bad experience. They are scammers.

Do not use this company they are a scam! They will present a low price then shortly after increase the price! I was told i would receive an email 20 hours before the flight about my tickets but that never happened. I called and was told everthing was good that i would receive my tickets but never did and when i called back that stopped answering my calls. When i got to the airport they did not have a ticket for me my daughter and neice. I had to purchase new tickets at the airport at the time of my original flight which cost over $2700. They did not care and would not refund any of the extra money even though it was their fault! They told me this had happened to 17 others and it was out of there control! Need to find out how to sue this company to get my money back! Horrifying company! I almost missed my neices graduation in Florida and they could careless! I got the oh well not our fault even though the airline (Southwest) had no reservations for me from this company! Can't say horrible company enough! Please don't use them

This is a scam I think we all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit this is false advertisement you purchase a ticket for a low price then you get a email saying the tickets are no longer available

Don’t book with jet cost they are scammers. They show you cheaper ticket next day. They call you and tell you not available that date if you want same day you gotta pay more and then when you say I’m gonna cancel my ticket even less than 24 hours they deduct $500 tax money no refund no cancellation they took advantage of people specially for emergency. Travel happened to me. Be careful never ever book with this agent.

It’s a Skam web site. The price are cheaper but after they call you to give you a price higher for no reason. Like there’s no more tickets …

Please be aware of these scammers. I booked through them and the agent they used is thebestairfare.pleaee avoid them. They total scam. Im out over 2.5k. My anxiety and stress level is roof high. Keep sending me booking reference and when I rang etihad tickets are void. Im just going to sue them and tell police of these scammers. Im just hoping I will get my money back. Spoke to bank and they are under investigatioìn. Please lovely people avoid these scammers. My biggest mistake is, I didnt read reviews and got excited with the price

It’s a scam, you place an order for cheap and the call you a couple hours later to tell you that it’s no longer available, finally it’s 4 times the price and there is no refund if you cancel, they are rubbing us! I have cancel my credit card before the payment 🫵
