I had booked tickets with ASAP for my family- wife and kids last year in much advance from US to India. Due to unfortunate passing away of my father in law, my wife had to leave alone to India and thus her ticket was not going to be used. As per ASAP policy in case of loss of near/dear ones, they refund the ticket.When i wrote to them to refund my wife's ticket, they asked to provide the death certificate which I did but till date even after a year, they did not refund my money. its better to book tickets with airlines directly as i got same price a week back with them which ASAP gave me 6 months back. Dont use ASAP.
