My friend and colleague is lying critically ill in hospital so I thought I would send some flowers to brighten up his day. What did I get for my SIXTY EUROS I spent at this company? A tiny little pot of flowers that took 48 hours to arrive at the hospital.

Yes, at Fleurop (flop, more like), a supposedly XL order of flowers equates to what you would get for about 2.99 in a supermarket.

You don't get the quantity for your money and you don't get speed either. For 48 hours I had no idea as to the status of the delivery and no one answers emails during this time. I didn't even get an email to say they have been delivered! I only knew this because my friend came out of his coma and told me. Yes, a critically ill patient is a BETTER COMMUNICATOR than FLEUROP.

This is a SCAM, pure and simple. You are MUCH better off buying some flowers yourself and delivering them personally as this company doesn't give a damn about customer service and doesn't deserve your business.

Really bad! They were supposed to deliver and hand flowers to the person but they just left it in front of the building according to the email. When reached out to them, received no response

Flowers haven't arrived after a week and still no refund! ZERO customer support, no one there cares. Read other reviews on here and avoid at all costs.

I order in 12 February flowers that was supposed to be delivered on 8 March and they didn’t! I called in Germany 3 times to ask about the order and what happened and there is a man who picks up the phone and when I ask if there is someone who speaks English is hanging up!Don’t order !!!

Flowers that were supposed to be delivered for International Women's Day (March 8) were sent to the post office, where they can only be picked up on March 11!!!! Should I order from you? never ever!

bouquet arrived a day late, completely dried out, with flowers broken. for some reason they think it's a good idea now to ship bouquets flat in a box without water, and let it sit in a truck for a couple of days. not at all clear on the website when you order; you have to go into the depths of the FAQs to find out that it's shipped this way. what a disappointment. this used to be my go to when they still gave a hoot about quality, but never again.

Flowers ordered a day before Valentine's day - Valentine's day no delivery, the day after no delivery.
After my request to the order update I get told that the order was on hold and I have to pay an additional 5 Euros delivery fee as there is no florist close by.
The Problem:1) It's my own living address and I know that in the same town is a florist working with Fleurop
2)No communication of eventual problems and just a no delivery and waiting of a complaint
3) just overcharged as I would get double the flowers for original price I paid for one time
Don't buy there and try to find a local florist directly!

Flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day as promised when order was made four days prior.

Unacceptably horrible service. Ordered flowers costing 80 euros for my girlfriend's birthday. Even paid for the extra express delivery. 3 days past due, and still no delivery. Ruined part of my present. No response over the email response, can't reach them over the phone. HORRIBLE.

Gift arrived just as promised, recipients were very pleased with the design of both the flower bouquet itself as well as the stylish gift packaging. Extra points for delivering the sparkling wine properly cold. The bouquet was so fresh and beautiful they didn’t want to part with it and it got hauled from Germany all the way to Iceland where it still is looking great! :)

Claudia was more than an hour helping me to get the choice of flowers correct for a funeral and then when I had misspelt the email address to pay from Holland via Paypal she stayed with on the phone 20 minutes after she should have left I was in tears because of her kindness and patience. When we are next in Ingolstadt we will visit the shop for sure.

Tried several times to place an order and received a message that "something" went wrong.
No real support from the head quarter.
I have ordered a lot from them in the past, but I am now happy to give up on them ......
That a shame, this used to be a good service
