Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience – My gift was never delivered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Euroflorist.

I ordered flowers as a gift for my friend in Germany, hoping to make her happy. Unfortunately, the delivery failed, and I was informed that the flowers would not be redelivered and that I was not eligible for a refund.

I deliberately provided my friend's workplace address because I believed the courier would ask for her there if she was not immediately available. As I was ordering from Jordan, I was unfamiliar with the delivery requirements in Germany.

Because my friend never received her gift, I had to arrange and pay for another gift to be sent from Jordan. This caused me additional expenses, inconvenience, and a great deal of sadness.

I contacted customer service several times and even offered to pay the delivery fee again to have the flowers resent. However, I have now made alternative arrangements and no longer need the flowers to be redelivered. I simply want a fair refund for an order that never reached its recipient.

Instead of a refund, I was offered a €5 discount voucher for a future order. Unfortunately, this does not compensate me for the money I lost or the additional expense I incurred.

I understand that the flowers were freshly prepared, but I had hoped for more understanding and a reasonable solution from customer service.

This experience has left me very disappointed. I hope Euroflorist will reconsider its decision and provide a fair resolution for customers who experience failed deliveries.

Not even the same flowers
The bouquet was filled with ridiculously mediocre flowers. And it was a small size whereas alI ordered the medium.
Go pick a wild flower and don’t waste your energy on ordering from here.

Use this company for flowers to your haters!

Euroflorist should be tried in germanys highest court for their failures! Absolutely the worst!

Ordered on 10/1 and wasn’t delivered until 10/9! Emailed them and waited two days for a response. The response was automated and they said a refund wasnt available but would resend them. I chose resend them. I should have left well enough alone because when they finally showed up, they were embarrassing! Never in 38 years could I have imagined. SEND THESE FLOWERS TO PEOPLE YOU DONT LIKE!

Don’t trust them

I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday, but they weren’t delivered. I was asked to choose a different bouquet, but that one wasn’t delivered either. I’ve now requested a refund.

I ordered flowers for my mother's…

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and specifically selected a 30 September delivery date, paying extra for it. The bouquet was only prepared after her birthday and arrived late, completely defeating the purpose of the gift.

What disappointed me even more was the customer service. I spent hours trying to contact Euroflorist on the delivery date and could not reach anyone. Afterwards, I received a series of generic responses explaining that even when you select and pay extra for a specific delivery date, the flowers may still arrive later.

To make matters worse, the bouquet that eventually arrived looked mediocre and nowhere near the advertised pic or what I expected for the price paid of almost €50

Poor service, no accountability, and impossible to reach when something goes wrong.

Never again.

Really frustrating experience

Really frustrating experience. I had ordered the flowers for a special anniversary and they were never delivered on the required date. They said they would deliver the next day and but still they were not delivered. Upon another inquiry, they blamed a technical failure on their website (yet I was communicating via email). Now a week after, I am following on my refund.
I would not recommend this service to anyone!

I was not aware that the delivery of…

I was not aware that the delivery of the flowers will take care nearly at 8P.M. . It was extremely late in tge evenings and I was unabke to get any information, since the custoner service clised , if I am correct at 5:00 P.M. abd since I contacted the customer service at 5:14 P.M., ticket 1871742 I was adviced by the receiver that she also was waiting. With the French Group called "Interflora" which I usely use , I never had such a problem.
Also I had to startmy order and then couldn't apply for the 10% discoubt and I had the surprise to be invoiced for the attached card, it was 3.50 EUR even I choose the Free one, mesns with no charge. I m not so happy about your admi.nistrativ work. The florist did a very nice Flower composition. He or she did a great job. Thank you.

Express delivery failed and extremely frustrating customer service

I ordered flowers for the opening day of my friend’s art gallery and placed the order a week in advance. I even paid extra for express delivery to make sure they would arrive on this important day. Despite that, the flowers were never delivered.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Nobody contacted me to let me know there was a problem. I had to contact them myself, and even then, it took about two days to receive a response.

Since the gallery opening had already passed and my friend was no longer at the gallery, I explained that she was still staying in the same city and provided the address of the Airbnb where she was staying. Initially, I was told that they could attempt redelivery. But after I provided the new address and explained the situation, another representative suddenly said they could not deliver there.

The communication became extremely confusing. They claimed there was a problem with the address and that I had not clearly provided the information when placing the order. I repeatedly explained everything in detail and even sent screenshots showing that the information had been entered clearly. Instead of actually addressing what I was showing them, I kept receiving generic, almost automated responses that did not resolve anything.

I paid for flowers to be delivered on a specific and meaningful day, paid extra for express delivery, and the service was not provided as promised. I have now spent days exchanging emails over a simple flower order.

At this point, I am not asking for another delivery. I simply want a full refund and for this issue to finally be resolved.

They lie to people!

They lie to people! Shame! You don t get what is in the picture on their site!I paid 84 euros for a large bouquet to be delivered in Germany for a birthday! They delivered very late in the afternoon , the flowers were very few, the lilies were buds which did not flourish even after 6 days and there was no card with the greeting for which I paid 3, 50 euros! Outrageous!

What a disgraceful service!

What a disgraceful service!
Not only did I lose my money, after two failed delivery attempts, they told me that the address didn't exist.
I paid extra for next-day delivery for such an important occasion, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call the recipient in advance.
I will never use them again.

Flowers left to rot in DPD warehouse?

Had a positive, straightforward experience first time using this company, so decided to use it again. I sent a simple bouquet to a someone close to me to celebrate her new job and on the occasion of her moving into her new flat. DPD delivery service deemed the address 'incomplete' (as her flat doesn't have a number) and suggested I add another delivery method or contact the sender (Euroflorist). As DPD would not allow me to chose one of their other options, I then of course had to contact Euroflorist. Once I gave them additional information to help facilitate the delivery (a surname of a neighbour), they used this information to argue I did not give the correct address in the first place, and therefore, no redelivery would be attempted nor a refund issued. To compensate for my troubles, they offered a 5 euro voucher (for a 30 euro order). This nice gift for someone dear to me is going to rot in a DPD warehouse, I guess. When I sought clarification on whether this was in fact true, they ignored my emails.
