Very disappointing experience.

I completed the registration and provided all the requested company and personal details. Only after submitting my order was I told that I had to upload a copy of my ID and record a selfie video.

I have used many hosting providers over the past 15 years, and this is the first one to request such intrusive personal information without clearly informing customers beforehand.

I immediately cancelled my order, which they accepted. To make matters worse, all their replies were only in German.

If you require customers to submit government ID and biometric verification, be transparent and state it before they spend time registering—not afterwards.

All-Inkl.com may cost more than other services, but it delivers a rock-solid experience without any marketing fluff or unnecessary features. Their customer support goes above and beyond, consistently providing helpful solutions and recommendations that exceed their obligations.

no IPv6 support (not in DNS, not in hosting) ... we have 2021, v4-adresses are depleted! this is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

DNS: no dnssec support (forging of dns-queries is possible). most likely they dont offer anycast (worldwide distributed nameserver), but i dont bother to ask them.

crappy webinterface (not intuitive, lots of clicks), looks like my first homepage in the 90s.

domain-reselling account is a pain, on domain-registration you`ll need to type in secondary nameserver (a phishing domain kassserver.com with 3x s, correct is kasserver.com 2x ss does exploit that since a decade).
so this screems for typo-errors and the UI of it is even worse.
additionally wrong values are not shown in normal accounts, only the values you`ll need to type in. lost hours of debugging since i ran into this problem.

no ansible-support (module), only a old-fashioned XML-API (yeah, 90s again).

transferring all domains away, enough is enough.
