No Services Delivered
Ordered a server two hours ago, received the login credentials minutes after placing the order and making payment. However when I access the server management no servers are listed. Contacted support after one hour and have no response, no other way to contact them either. When I've used other providers the server is available within seconds if not then minutes. Disappointing

I purchased a VPS, received the login details, were incorrect. No possibility to reset the password as the reset mails are not delivered.
No possibility to call them, as their phone number is inactive.
Hope I can retreive the money through my bank but doubt it. Be aware!!

Support extremely slow.
I accidentally deleted my 2FA tokens and it has taken six days (thus far) to get them reset. I desperately need to get access to my server control panel and am getting no response from support. I am a new customer and so far, support has been dreadful.

I guess I'm a little bit satisfied.
I’m quite happy with the service, especially the pricing. It would be even better if there were a six-month payment option—particularly for the root servers and the newly released dedicated servers. The only downside is that there’s no PayPal button available at checkout.

I love netcup.com
I love netcup.com. It helped me a lot. I used the netcup.com server for a ride booking app. And it's working like a charm. Very fast internet speed, no lags, no glitches, and no other problems. I would like to work with netcup more in future.
