My website was suspended for malware activity which we think it was a mistake. There is no way to contact the customer service/support. All responses are AI even after emailing them. Very disappointed! I have also paid the subscription for four year upfront. I don't know what to do now, so I am here to write my experience.

I am using Hostinger to build my photography website, balcetis.com, and my experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, the control panel is intuitive, and managing my domain and hosting is straightforward. Whenever I needed assistance, the support team responded quickly and professionally. I appreciate the reliable service and the user-friendly environment. I would confidently recommend Hostinger to anyone looking for dependable web hosting.

Reliable as it is.

Great at first, but the experience went downhill after the first year.

When your initial plan expires, the renewal price jumps dramatically. If you contact support, they'll tell you to create a brand new hosting plan instead, which gives you essentially the same service for about a third of the renewal price. The only downside? You have to migrate your website yourself for no good reason.

The real problem is what happened next. At some point after the migration, my email stopped working without any warning. No notification, no reminder, no indication that anything needed to be reconfigured. I simply stopped receiving emails one day.

This isn't a minor inconvenience. It means missed customer enquiries, lost business, and damage to your reputation, all because Hostinger's pricing model pushes customers into creating new plans instead of simply renewing an existing one. A process that should take one click turned into unnecessary complexity, and the lack of communication about the email disruption is simply unacceptable.

I wanted to share some feedback about the support I received from Amber.

I had been stuck on a confusing domain connection issue since two days before, going back and forth without much progress. Today, Amber took the time to actually dig into the problem, identified that my domain was linked to another unrecognized Hostinger account, and manually verified my ownership and released the domain so I could finally connect it properly.

She was patient, clear in her explanations, and genuinely helpful throughout — turning a frustrating, confusing situation into something I could actually understand and resolve. I really appreciate the support and wanted to make sure this was recognized.

Good help and resolved the issue

Easy setup and good communication. I was able to arrange a face to face online meeting to get more information prior to taking out a web site subscription. By far and away the cheapest option and the interface is perfect for a complete newbie like me. Our Bushcare Website is going well.

Originally, I thought it was second to none. The more I use it, audit for SEO, AI crawling, Google sitemap, and various other technical issues, Hostinger is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had. I ask to fix broken URLs, and Hostinger replies saying it has been fixed, though it has never been fixed. It keeps me charging hundreds of dollars. You barely get help. It seems a good beginning, but technically it is very far from being good.

great company.. great system.. great tools.. great team... cost effective

Best hostinger

Fandy was amazing and was able to help clear up my situation very quickly while explaining to me what happened. I now have a clean website and I can finally rest easy.

Hostinger's Abuse Team has repeatedly responded with automated or generic replies instead of properly addressing our copyright infringement complaint. The reported website is using our original copyrighted project photographs without authorization and presenting them as its own work. Despite submitting detailed evidence, we have not received a clear or substantive response, and the issue remains unresolved. We respectfully request a manual review by Hostinger's Legal or Compliance Team and a meaningful response to the evidence we have provided.

Hostinger is the best web hosting provider; it offers many tools for web development, and its graphical interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, with excellent technical support.

Hostinger company blocked my account where i had arrownd 20 domains registered high valued domains which i own them from 5-7 yeats and i worked alot to inencrease my business, they blocked my account wothout notice , no explanation provided i asked them why they blocked and they say my domains flagged internally as high risk because is iptv domains …. i asked if they got a report or court order and they told me no they don't and they say they can't provide more details in order to protect ussers integrity and internal security.... this is a joke and massive abuse!!!! don't trust to put your hosting or domains in their hand they don't care about my intellectual property as my domains are owned in my personal name !!! i asked to give me transfer code to transfer my domains to other domain registrar and they not allowed, they seize my domains abusively. They only given code to transfer for 4 domains which has no value, the rest are seized by them, and as explication they telling me that domains are iptv domains and they are not allowing to transfer because they judge my domains are not respecting general terms of service, i asked them
to provide exact link or exact explanation of terms infringement, and they didn't proceed anything, i made a research and identified many iptv sites are registering domain in hostinger and they also use hosting with them i made a list and reported to them, after that nothing happened, they only closed my account no others! they did massive abuse and damage to my legitimate businesses. as I understand from this situation they are my competitors in the same of my businesses and they forced me to go offline by seizing my domain abusively. Don't trust this scam company!!!! they buy positive reviews don't trust in theyr 5 star positive reviews these are purchased reviews, in order to fool you to trust them. I made a complaint against them and it is ongoing, I promised I will not let this end here. i will trigger multiple channels to disable theyr license to sell domains, everyone will be affected.
