Brilliant Data

Ive used Whoop for almost 4 years now and I love the insights it gives. It accurately tracks my health so that I know if there's something going on with my body. Also its great to have this so that I know if Im over training.
My only complaint is the cost of the monthly subscription.

3 years of using a great product

3 years of using a great product. Great data points for sleep and stress. Aesthetically very good and comfortable. Love that it doesn’t have a screen! I like personalised coaching feature and AI responses are very good. Would definitely recommend but pricing is quite expensive when competitors are doing this cheaper.

The device

The device, the way the data is displayed are very good. Easy to understand. The only drawback for me is the price of the accessories. I find it a bit too much.
Also the support team is really good.

Best device to improve health and well-being

Really cool tool with all the systems around it to improve your fitness, to motivate you, to create a holistic approach to your training, however sometimes I feel the HR can be off - still, I do my training, so it does it's just as I haven't had that much training before, just missing some tiny bit of details sometimes. But that's fine, I never plan to unsubscribe, so satisfying and motivating device!

I’ve been wearing it for six years and it is steadily improving. The data is always great to look at. I have no idea if it’s accurate or not but it still keeps me accountable. I wish I did not have to wear an Apple Watch also. That would be the only thing I’d like to change.

Whoop Lifer

I have been wearing Whoop every day since Aug 6th 2019 (that is a 2582 day streak). I wanted insight into how daily life impacted ME not a generalized response for a person in that Age, gender, ect. Within months it delivered and I had gained so much more insight that it started a lifelong habit of health forward mindset.

Is it perfect no, but they have made steady improvements and many times over have set the industry standard with their updates. I appreciate the companies focus to their core task with their device which are to give you valuable tools not just bells and whistles.

Long-term Whoop User

I have been using Whoop for about five years, having upgraded the model and support plan over that time. This combined with regular firmware updates and new software functionality make it an essential tool for me to maintain my fitness and health. I interact with the AI engine several times a day and the advice given is always personalised and if followed assists me to achieve my goals e.g. improving fitness and sleep and reducing stress and the impacts of a failing memory (due to early onset Alzheimer’s disease).

I’ve worn it everyday for years at this point. Battery life on the 5.0 was a substantial improvement. Wish there was more band options and every coupon I get didn’t exclude using it on the good ones. Apart from that, I’ve never had a hardware issue or problems talking to a person when an issue arises. There’s clearly room to improve in their customer service department but overall a great wearable with accurate data.
