I had very high hopes for the band 2.0 - joke was on me

I had very high hopes for the band 2.0

The sleep data hasn’t displayed since day one. I reached out to support 3 times. I keep receiving messages stating I will be contacted within 24 hours. Guess how many times I have been contacted?

The email to contact support and request a return is the same. I’m fairly certain I will have to dispute the charge with my cc company if I wanted a refund.

A very pleased customer!!

I cannot understand all the negative reviews… yes a couple of times it didn’t record sleep but just received the v2.0 band and really pleased.

I have reached out to Customer services on a couple of occasions and they have been excellent.

I was so impressed that I bought my wife a Hume band as well.

The Hume band and body pod appear to work incredibly well together.

Many thanks Hume…. Keep up the good work !!

Returned the product

Returned the product - by the way another thing that they don’t market - the product has to returned at your own dime like they don’t market about their membership - They won’t give you a paid shipping label or reimburse that amount.

Don’t buy. Let’s see how long do they take to refund this.

Poor quality, high price

Poor quality products. I bought both the band and the scale. The band never fully charged, just gets to 70% and needs recharging in 48 hrs.
The scale takes several attempts before it takes a measurement.
Both items are extremely overpriced for what you get. I had better results with a significantly cheaper band by Fitnus and a better quality scale with Withing.

Unfortunately I have t be another one…

Unfortunately I have t be another one to tell you their customer service sucks. I ordered the 2.0 band along with an extra weave band. When my package arrived on August 24th, there was only the weave band and no Hume 2.0. The band is pretty useless without the actual unit. It is now September 1st and I have heard nothing from them. They told me they would investigate the issue. Pretty simple to me….The customer did not receive the product they ordered and paid for so replacement or refund my money!!!! When you do contact them an automated system responds saying a human will respond within 24 hours which is absolute BS. What a terrible company!! Stay away!!!

Hume Band 1.0 Waste of Money

Purchased the Hume 1.0 in April, took 2 months for delivery instead of the 4 weeks as promised. the readings are not accurate and the battery life was 14 days, now after 2 months of use, the batter lasts only 1 day charge. Hume wont replace the unit, nor provide a new battery. Only offer a membership subscription for the 2.0 to qualify for a new one. Their service is a joke. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a band and did not receive anything!

I ordered a band and did not receive anything. When asked them someone named criszon replied that they delivered 4 aug and that i should enquire my neighboors about it! I contacted the post , checked my application where all my correspondence is registered even before it is delivered and nothing was delivered. I asked this company to show a real proof of delivery, which courier, a photo of post that they said they delivered to my post box, a proof is not a diagram that anyone can fake showing a green line and tje text your order was delivered, which they did not! Beware of this company!

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, they promote it being a subscription free device yet ones you receive it and create an account all they do is want to do is up sale you the features. Nothing is free, and anything that makes it a good product you have to subscribe for a cost of at least $14 a month. It’s bullshit!!!

I'm afraid the band only just reaches 1…

I'm afraid the band only just reaches 1 star, if there was anything lower, it would sit there.

It simply doesn't work. It doesnt recognise your activities, not even when you start the activity tracker. It turns out I've had no muscular strain all week despite heavy lifting sessions. If only I'd known, I could have skipped the gym.

Sleep measurements... nope.

As for their customer service, we're in minus territory for sure.

Yes, they play on price. Yes, I should have known better. Yes, pay the money for Whoop, it's worth the investment.

Terrible product

Terrible product, not accurate tracking steps and sleeping pattern. When reached out to them, they sent another one which has battery issue and after that they stop providing any service an attempt to fix the issue. I request for refund and they never responded to me. Stay away from this company and product.

Complete junk

Complete junk, inaccurate, doesn't sync, customer service is pure AI bots that loop the same garbage. Refund was approved then they back paddled and said only partly approved (for the band they charged us for and didn't send) and no refund for the faulty pod or faulty band (the one they did send) despite complying with all requests and sending evidence. Stay away from these guys.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not buy. Utter junk. Constantly needs charging. The data it gives is dubious at best, and inconsistent. It never matches the garmin fenix I've had for years. Health report is pointless as it constantly now says not enough data available, even though theres full data for the whole of the previous week. I feel totally ripped off by Hume, who seem to be the pinnacle of a modern company, in that they over promise, under deliver, and ride off into the distance with your hard earned cash, and leave you with nothing.

Disappointed with Hume Band 2

I purchased the Hume Band 2 after seeing it advertised as a subscription-free wearable. The promise of buying a health tracker once and receiving full lifetime access to my metrics without a recurring fee was the main reason I chose this over competitors.
Unfortunately, the reality upon setting up the app was disappointing. Immediate prompting for an upgraded premium subscription (around £80/year after a 30-day trial) felt like a bait-and-switch. Key features—specifically nutrition tracking and actionable health insights that allow you to maximize the band's potential—are locked behind this paywall.
While the basic hardware records baseline metrics without paying extra, advertising a product as "subscription-free" when core functional software relies on a monthly or yearly fee feels misleading. The high ratings across AI tools and search engines appear to focus on hardware promises rather than the hidden paywalls in user experience. Overall, it feels like a wasted purchase for anyone expecting a truly complete, subscription-free health ecosystem.

Horrible shipping time!!!

I don’t have my band yet, but wanted to put a negative review out for the shipping process.

I was not given any options to ship by different methods, and apparently they have chosen DHL shipment with 1+ week delivery.

Where Amazon and everyone else can ship across the US in 1-3 days, these guys for whatever reason choose to use the worst option. And for such a small, lightweight package? If they gave me an option to ship faster for a fee, then it would have been my choice, but this is really a horrible initial customer experience before even receiving the device. And no, it did not ship out of China, it shipped out of California!
