As always, Octopus is easy to navigate, has a helpful customer service team (which is VERY rare for Germany!), and offers fair prices.
I was an octopus customer when I lived in the UK, and following my move to Germany, I decided to go with them again. So far, happy to see the same excellent service level in a different market.

My registration process
I started my registration process at 26th January. I could only get my approval to start my contract for 26th February. Meanwhile Stadtwerke called me and my landlord had to pay the February bill. I believe the process could have been completed earlier.
Thanks to Daniela from Octopus Energy team, she reached out to me personally, addressed my concerns. I appreciate the customer service response and the way they handled the situation.
