This review was long due... One year ago I decided to change my gas and electricity provider. Octopus caught my attention because of their competitive price, modern look and smooth subscription process.
Before subscribing I contacted the customer service to clarify one point of the contract and I had the best customer service experience ever! Max Reiner went above and beyond to answer my questions in English and help me navigate the German specificities of the contract. It was very reassuring.
This definitely convinced me to subscribe to Octopus services.
Now, one year later, at the time of renewal of my contracts Max was still there for me and offered me 2 very competitive offers to renew my gas and electricity contracts with Octopus.
I am impressed by the level of customer service delivered and I am very grateful for it.
