I ordered a fair amount of fabric, I was looking for great cotton for myself. I ordered and got a great service! They are super responsive when you ask questions vis email or WhatsApp and their price are really the best! Already order a new batch of fabrics. Highly recommend this store!

I am so impressed. I have just received a superbly wrapped parcel quicker than expected with lots of personal details. I have bought a selection of hand block printed cotton and modal and the quality seems excellent and the prices are very modest. Not the bargain it appears to be

I received a refund for the missing item.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I did not receive one of the items in my order (it showed up on the invoice). I asked twice but never received a refund for the missing item. Also, I was unaware of the $25 DHL delivery fee that I had to pay to have my small order delivered, effectively raising the total cost of the items I bought significantly. The items on this site are not expensive, but it would be nice to know the total cost ahead of time.

Great exeprience
I order two different fabrics. I must say I was a little nervous using the company for the first time but I had no cause to be. The buying process was easy, the package arrived quickly and the material is beautiful. An added bonus was the packaging, apart from the DHL bag there was no plastic at all and it was all beautifully wrapped. There was also a little gift and a handwritten note thanking me for my first order. I will certainly buy from them again.

Wonderful fabrics in the colours I wanted. Colours on the internetsite are very similar to reality. I ordered a lot. 2 of the fabrics could not be delivered. Itokri communicated very clear about this and inmidately credited the money paid for these 2 fabrics. I am very content about this shop. Very friendly. I will certainly come back

Splendid products and service
Over the last year I have made several purchases from I-Tokri and I have to say that each time I was very impressed with the ease of placing the order, the prompt communications confirming payment and delivery information. Their customer service is excellent. I recently needed extra help to have a tailor made item and the team was superb in their support and communications. The items I purchased were of good quality and well made. Delivery was hassle free and I also very much appreciate the lovely handwritten notes & complimentary gifts.

Beautiful products, caringly made, excellent service
Every single item that I ordered from iTokri - dresses, clutch bag, handbag, decor and jewellery - was an absolute joy to receive. The fact that the company supports independent fair trade and works directly with craftspeople was a major draw. The care that they put into creating their clothing, jewellery and gift range is vert clear, as is the high quality of craftwork, the exquisite designs, and the environmentally friendly packaging. My order arrived neatly and minimally packaged, which I appreciated, given that so many companies use excess plastic and bubble wrap unnecessarily. Yes, there are international tariffs to pay if you are in the UK (or elsewhere) and they are worth it. The customer care team were responsive each time I had a query, they kept me up to date with my order delivery, and checked in after I received my goods. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommend highly. It's vital for art, the creative industries, for the sake of living and consuming ethically, that we support businesses like this where we can. I'm happy to do so. All in all, a wonderful shopping experience.

I ordered 5 different fabric and everyone is beautiful and great quality cottons. I washed them on arrival and there was no shrinkage . They were exactly as described. ITokri personalize the experience with a personal letter on opening my parcel. Shipping was quite fast form Indian to Australia. Will buy again.
