I always have questions about products--mostly before I think about purchasing, and occasionally afterwards, and things can get confusing, especially when everything is done online. But Froya Organics Customer Service is exceptional, and JK in particular answered all my questions (every time) and quickly corrected my mistake. The response time is (always) FAST and all my questions were answered to 100% satisfaction. Love doing business with a company that takes its customer satisfaction level seriously. The products are exceptional, too!

Their website is great! They are informative and engaging and seem to really care about their products. It was easy to order and my products came on time and beautifully packaged. So far I am loving the balms. It has completely simplified my routine. My skin feels great and is looking better every day. I will be a retuning customer!

I needed help cancelling my order since I still have product. The response was timely and courteous. I was helped quickly and my issue was resolved.

Very disappointing experience.

Around 10 weeks after placing my first order, I unexpectedly received the exact same products again, only to discover that I had apparently been enrolled in a subscription that I never intentionally signed up for.

Trying to resolve the issue has been incredibly frustrating. The website makes it unnecessarily difficult to cancel the subscription, and returning the order has been just as complicated. Although they provide return addresses, the shipping process repeatedly failed using the information from their own system. In the end, I had no choice but to pay for the return myself.

Whether intentional or not, the whole customer journey feels designed to discourage customers from cancelling or returning unwanted orders.

The products may be good, but the customer experience and subscription management are not transparent enough. I won’t be ordering again.

As many reviews mention, this is a scam. Do not fall for their apparently good products. They scam you into a subscription that you dont approve and I only noticed cause they booked the payment without any information. Stay away!
Customer service is an AI bot that runs in circles.

Edited: now they answer they're generic answer. Also they erase all bad reviews from Instagram or anything related to their subscription scam

Update: Now they claim the order has been fulfilled. Mind you the order was from yesterday and apparently they already shipped and can't do anything. I work for the biggest retailer in the world and I know for a fact this is a lie

I like the sensible packaging. I’m nearly 2 weeks in and my eye bags look better. I think the moisture holding properties of the day and night cream are better than previous brands.

So far I absolutely love this stuff. My skin feels wonderful & I haven't had any breakouts.

Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. I started using Froya about two weeks ago, and I've already noticed a big difference. The "11" line between my brows used to be very noticeable, but now you can barely see it. My skin also feels much smoother, and the texture has improved. I'm excited to see the results with continued use!

They helped me and refunded my money on an order that had been cancelled. It only took one email and they resolved the issue.

A year ago, I lived in the north-west, and my subscription came too often. I called customer service, and a person answered immediately. WOW! Unheard of! She helped me with the issue, and all was great.
Then I moved to the driest desert in northern Mexico, and now I slather my skin three times a day. It's wonderful, and the products keep coming.
My skin loves this stuff! And now, my hair does too. I finally threw away all the so-called hair-growth products, and just use this one, and my hair is growing back in again. Yay!
I'm 66 years old, but people around me think that I'm in my 40's. My partner keeps saying; you are becoming beautifuller and beautifuller! (He loves word-play.)
Btw... Line is great! If you email her, she always emails you back. Her personal stories are fun, uplifting, and educational. The first time that I received an email back, I grinned the rest of the day.

Very honourable and open company and communication style

I made a mistake ordering the product. I figured it was going to be too late to swap. Custom service was on it immediately and made me feel very confident in the company. I worry that it would not be good service as it is not a very well known product.
