Overall, very positive experience. I have purchased several Lintico items and have been very pleased. The site is well organized and with a large selection. I had difficulties making the final payment for the order with Shop.

I have placed a few orders with this company , had a slight problem which was sorted very quickly and very professional , the company have a fantastic range and of good quality , delivery time frame is acceptable normally within 7 -10days highly recommend this company and will continue to purchase from them .

Lintico is my favorite recent discovery. The linen quality is superb, and I love brands with a distinct identity. Their customer service is flawless—the team is incredibly kind, professional, and arranged a product replacement faster than I could have imagined. I really hope they add size XS soon and optimize delivery to my country.

Good quality, good service!

Love my top - beautiful garment! Fast shipping and no fuss.

Ordering was straightforward, and the information about sizing helpful. I found it difficult to navigate the page around delivery though. By using Apple Pay I wasn't given the choice to decide on delivery methods and have no idea on how long standard delivery will take, or indeed where in the world my order is coming from. To track my parcel I need to share a load of info with a third party App which I don't want to do.

The quick response by email regarding the exchange. Was very please what you offered for the exchange. I had been wanting to order from you but, was very skeptical until my daughter told me that she had order with no issues. Plan to order other items.

Quality and customer service deteriorate with every order.
Everything is made in China, and sizes reflect that; nothing quite fits.
My latest experience has been terrible -- a dress that is a full 2 inches smaller in the bust than the posted dimensions, so I cannot wear it. Instead of a return or refund, I was asked to take photos with a tape measure to indicate the dimension, then asked two more times for different types of photo displays. A full two inches off each time, but Lintico claims this is 'within normal range'.
So I will have to pay shipping costs to return this item, and shipping costs for a replacement. Almost $50.
I am very disappointed at the rapid decline of this company.
Great marketing, poor quality control, shoddy customer service. Buyer beware; better to shop elsewhere.

Great website, but for people like me who like to link through to an item to explore further, there was a bit of frustration that when you click back to resume search, you are taken back to the top of the page ... which means you have scroll down to find where you were. When getting to the end of the range, it meant rather a lot of scrolling!

My concern is returning an item when it doesn’t fit well.

This was my second order. I love the style of flattering necklines, the colours and good quality materials.

Customer Service! Hands down, the best rapid response and resolution. Have ordered several items before but never needed customer service assistance and completely satisfied and impressed.

A complete scam.

I read all the positive reviews and thought this was a legitimate site. I placed my order and the first thing that I noticed was that it was shipping from China. The site gives the impression that the clothes are originating from Europe and that they are of high quality. When I received the package it was generic. The dress was not at all like described and it didn't fit. When I went to the site to figure out how to return the item, I was led on a wild goose chase. The site said to email customer service for return information. A Gmail account emailed me back. I was given an address in the United States that does not correspond to Lintico and told that I would need to pay shipping and then I wouldn't even get a full refund. I feel like I wasted a lot of money for nothing. Buyer beware!

I have ordered from Lintico several times. However, my recent order was not good. The sizes were not consistent with previous orders. For example, a large shirt fit great before, but now the large is too small.
I ordered a large dress and it is way too big.

Very swift response to emails (within just a few hours) and the return/exchange process is very efficient. I had to exchange the dress because it was too large, but the actual quality of the fabric and stitching was very good.

I love the beautiful clothes sold by Lintico. They are good quality, comfortable clothing that fit well. Not the sort of clothes you can find in the shops. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I love Lintico! I have made a few purchases from them. I love the style and the fabrics of the items I have gotten. Sizing can be inconsistent at times but for the most part it's spot on. The customer service I have received to resolve a few issues had been excellent. In short, Lintico is a great company, great products, and great customer service.
